Alan Chan is Universalia’s Director of Finance and a shareholder in the firm. He is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, and also plays an active role in the firm’s information technology, office services and human resources. Alan has experience in start up operations, the implementation of financial controls and management reporting tools, and accounting and project management systems. Prior to joining Universalia, Alan had over 20 years of experience with large international firms such as SNC–Lavalin and Rolls Royce, and with mid and small size firms.
