Universalia evaluated phase III of UNIFEM’s Kosovo program that is focusing on the initiative’s effectiveness, relevance, sustainability of results, as well as on program management aspects. Key tasks included: Development of an evaluation methodology and workplan, data collection (interviews in the field and per phone, document review). The evaluation is cumulating in a detailed evaluation report summarizing key findings, as well as lessons learned and recommendations to inform UNIFEM’s future work in the region and similar (post conflict) settings.
