Universalia is committed to sharing knowledge and to making contributions to increase knowledge, particularly by helping to identify best practices in the fields of planning, monitoring, and evaluation; results-based management; capacity building; and project management.
Universalia contributes to the discussion of various topics at knowledge-sharing venues, writes occasional papers and journal articles that summarize our experience, and develops practical tools and guidelines. We have published several books on organizational assessment in collaboration with IDRC.
