Christine Ouellette is a leading senior expert on gender equality and women’s empowerment, with more than 25 years of experience providing strategic direction, evaluating performance, optimising organisational resources, and delivering results in Canada and internationally. She has specialized in strategic visioning; governance; women, peace and security; addressing gender-based violence; sustainable development; humanitarian response; accountability to affected populations; local governance and community engagement & development, with a strong focus on gender assessments, capacity development and program management.
