Ecem Oskay is an evaluation analyst in Universalia’s Organization & Partnership Practice and has provided evaluation services for a variety of development actors, including the Caribbean Development Bank, the World Bank, Siemens AG, European Commission, the Global Partnership for Education. She is knowledgeable of results-based management, theory-driven and mixed-methods evaluations designs and covered thematic areas such as governance, corruption, gender equality, advocacy, and education.
Prior to her employment with Universalia, Ms. Oskay has experience working in academia, and the non-profit and public sectors in Argentina, the USA, Germany, Turkey, and Belgium and Canada. A native German and Turkish speaker, Ms. Oskay is fluent in English and has a good command of Spanish and French.
