Christine Ouellette is a leading senior consultant, with over 30 years experience providing strategic direction, evaluating performance, optimizing organizational resources, and delivering results in Canada and internationally. She has specialized in governance; sustainable development; gender equality; the empowerment of women and girls; women, peace and security; addressing sexual and gender-based violence; humanitarian response; accountability to affected populations;  community engagement & development, with a strong focus on gender assessments, capacity development and program management. She has also designed and led organizational change management processes, from strategic orientation, program and operational direction, to human and financial resources management. Ms. Ouellette brings to her assignments extensive experience in policy analysis and development, monitoring and evaluation, multi-stakeholder processes, as well as working with senior government officials, the UN, bilateral and multilateral organizations, private sector and civil society organizations.
