Gender Equality and Inclusion

Gender Equality and Inclusion (GE&I) Practice at Universalia

The GE&I Practice aims to contribute to transformative processes that advance gender equality, the empowerment and agency of women and girls with an intersectional lens. The practice supports clients in bringing about enabling environments that respect and protect human rights, and foster opportunities for inclusion and participation in economic, social, and political life for all groups of women, girls, boys, men, LGBTQI+ members, indigenous peoples, racial, ethnic, and religious minorities, migrants, refugees and displaced persons, and persons with disabilities, so that the benefits of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are accessible to all.
