Maria Fustic is an Evaluation Analyst in two of Universalia’s key practice areas: Organizations & Partnerships and Gender Equality & Inclusion.

In this capacity, she has conducted document review, data analysis, and report-writing, for UNICEF, World Food Programme, UN Women, Caribbean Development Bank, and the UK Caribbean Infrastructure Fund, among other local and global organizations. She also conducts quality assurance of ILO and UNICEF evaluation products. Ms. Fustic is competent in a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis tools (e.g., NVivo, Dedoose, SurveyMonkey, and Excel) and has experience in conducting research and presentations in academic settings and for non-profit organizations. Her main areas of interest include social & solidarity economy (SSE) and environmental/climate justice.

Ms. Fustic holds an MA in International Public Management from the Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs and a BA from McGill University. She is fluent in English and Serbo-Croatian and has working-proficiency in French.
