As part of the Learning Evaluation of the Disability Rights Fund (DRF), Elisabetta Micaro (team leader) and Sandra Nduwimfura (evaluation consultant) attended DRF’s annual Grantee Convening Meeting in Uganda in July 2014.
The meeting is an opportunity for the disability movement to analyze the achievements made over the years and strategize for the following years. The meeting gathered persons with different types of impairments, representatives from human rights NGOs, Members of Parliament, and the media.
