Universalia to conduct a quality assessment of evaluation products for the African Development Bank Group

Universalia was recently contracted by the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) to conduct a quality assessment of AfDB’s Independent Development Evaluation department’s (IDEV) evaluation products. The Bank developed its first independent evaluation strategy in 2013, covering a five-year period. The aim of the quality assessment is to establish the extent to which the implementation of the Bank’s independent evaluation strategy has contributed to enhancing the quality of its evaluation products. Through this exercise, the Performance Measurement Practice team at Universalia will inform the Bank’s board and IDEV on the progress made in the implementation of the strategy, and will also gather views on future strategic directions. For more information contact Hussein Amery, Practice Leader, Performance Measurement.
