Universalia contracted to support the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Multilateral Partnerships Team (MLP) to define its new strategy

The Multilateral Partnerships Team of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has, since its creation in 2013, acted a cross-foundation partnership coordinator which supports the Foundation’s engagement with critical multilateral partners, in particular, the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF. Earlier this year, Universalia conducted an independent review of the MLP’s performance to date, which resulted in a series of recommendations with regard to the team’s ongoing approach and strategy.

Universalia has now been contracted by the MLP to support the team in the implementation of these recommendations.

The assignment is scheduled for July to November 2017 and will culminate in the development of the MLP’s new strategic vision over a five-year horizon.
