Katrina Rojas is senior manager at Universalia, a shareholder in the firm, and a senior consultant with more than 12 years of experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation, governance, organizational development, and assessment. Katrina has led teams for major assignments for clients such as the Caribbean Development Bank; the Canadian International Development Agency; the Multilateral Organisational Performance Assessment Network (assessing the effectiveness of multilateral organizations); and UNIFEM. She has evaluated projects and programs in a number of thematic areas, including water and sanitation, environment, women’s human rights, urban development and planning, and community-driven development. Prior to joining Universalia, Katrina coordinated planning and governance programs at Fundación Acceso, an NGO that provides training and technical assistance to civil society organizations in Central America. Katrina is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
