Egypt Country Program Review

Universalia is conducting a summative evaluation and forward-looking assessment of CIDA’s Country Development Programming Framework in Egypt over the last five years. The summative evaluation will assess the extent to which the Egypt program has met its expected results, and articulate the lessons learned and best practices emerging from that experience. The forward looking assessment will recommend directions for the CIDA program in Egypt over the next five years, taking into consideration the results of the summative evaluation and the current development context.
