SAT III is a $31.5 million project whose purpose was to build the capacity of community-based organisations to deliver services for the prevention of HIV infection. Universalia was responsible for the design and implementation of a five-year external performance monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process to review progress towards developmental results, such as enhanced HIV prevention, with approximately 100 CSO partners in six countries (Zimbabwe, Zambia, Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, and Tanzania) at the sub-project level, and progress in building the organizational capacity of the newly created SAT Regional Trust.
