The purpose of this assignment was to document and assess the work conducted by the Organizational Development Unit of the Branch in order to analyze the unit's capacity for delivering on its mandate, to ensure the unit has the right mix of skills, and to identify opportunities for performance improvement. Information was collected over numerous focus groups and workshops. The evaluation was presented back to staff and management at the end of the assignment.
