We are pleased to announce that Universalia has won a contract with the Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN), to conduct the formative evaluation of the $CAD 1.4m Community Innovation Fund (CIF). The CIF is funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to support innovative projects and partnerships that benefit vulnerable youths, seniors and newcomers in the English-Speaking Communities of Quebec (ESCQ). This assignment will be led and conducted by Mr. Lorenzo Daieff between January and May 2018.
