We would like to wish everyone a Happy International Women’s Day 2022!
To commemorate International Women’s Day, Universalia’s Nancy DeGraff, Senior Consultant at our Gender Equality and Inclusion (GE&I) Practice, facilitated a roundtable on feminism and intersectionality, and the importance of staying committed to gender equality as a core approach.
Our team had a rich discussion in which we underlined the importance of challenging ourselves and others in staying committed to gender equality, explored the role Monitoring & Evaluation has in contributing to gender-transformative change, and reiterated the importance of ensuring that the voices and views of women and girls in their given contexts are included in our work.
