As part of the celebrations of the Year of Evaluation and the 35th Anniversary of Universalia, Marie-Hélène Adrien, President of Universalia, was the guest of honor at a Conference organized by SENEVAL (Senegal Association of Evaluators), the Centre for Learning, Evaluation and Results (CLEAR) of Francophone Africa and CESAG (Le Centre Africain d'Études Supérieures en Gestion).
Dr. Adrien presented the challenges and best practices in building evaluation capacities in the Francophone Africa region and engaged participants from government agencies, civil society, foundations and academia in a discussion on their respective roles in capacity building in evaluation.
