The objective of the mid-term evaluation was to assess whether organizational changes within the partnership since 2010 produced the desired results in terms of relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency. The evaluation also aimed at identifying recommendations to be taken into consideration by the GPE in developing their Strategic Plan.
Commissioned by the GPE Board of Directors in March 2014, the evaluation was overseen and quality assured by an Independent Evaluation Committee (IEC) composed of 5 high-level experts and chaired by Professor Pauline Rose.
