Universalia has been awarded the contract to conduct the final evaluation of Youth Build Haiti Rebuilding Academy, a five-year project implemented by Youth Build International in partnership with IDEJEN, a Haitian NGO, and The MasterCard Foundation. The objective of the evaluation is to assess the project’s performance, including its strengths, challenges, major accomplishments and lessons learned, as well as to inform Youth Build International and The MasterCard Foundation’s future programming for economic opportunities for youth in Haiti and other contexts.
The Universalia team includes Marie-Hélène Adrien as Team Leader, Marie-Laure Talbot as Evaluation Consultant/ Gender and Youth Expert, and Patrick Fénelon as Local Evaluation Consultant.
