Universalia Awarded Supply Arrangement with the Government of Canada

In December 2014, Universalia Management Group was issued a Supply Arrangement through Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), in addition to a separate Standing Offer and “ProServices” arrangement (a mandatory government-wide vehicle for the provision of professional services below the NAFTA threshold). These three procurement mechanisms will allow Universalia to compete for contracts with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD), as well as other Canadian government departments and entities that use these PWGSC arrangements, as it has now joined a pool of pre-qualified suppliers.

Universalia has a long history of providing strategic management and evaluation services to the Government of Canada (GoC), from working with CIDA in the 1980s to develop organizational and institutional assessment models, to managing the $20 million CIDA Yeltsin Democracy Fellowship Program, along with providing evaluation, program monitoring, performance management and capacity building services for dozens of GoC-supported programs and projects engaging civil society, institutions and governments in Canada and around the world.
