UNICEF has completed a global evaluation of its application of a Human Rights-Based Approach to its Programming
. This external evaluation was carried out by Universalia Management Group.
The evaluation examines UNICEF’s experience with and implementation of an HRBAP and is based on programming evidence from 2007 to the present.
