The Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has mandated Universalia to conduct the Evaluation of the UNHCR’s Emergency Response to the Influx of Refugees from Syria into Turkey for the period 2014-2015.
Mr. Yvan Conoir is leading the evaluation team, composed of Ms. Esther Rouleau and four experts in the humanitarian field. The evaluation is being conducted over a five-month period and will involve a three-week field mission in Turkey.
