Universalia has recently completed the Formative Evaluation of Country Programme between the Government of Madagascar and the UNICEF for 2015-2020.
Conducted between August 2019 and February 2020, the main objective of the evaluation was to inform and support the preparation of the future country programme, the planning of which began at the end of 2019. Among other things, the evaluation team conducted an examination of the organizational structure of the UNICEF office in Madagascar, the extent to which expected results have been achieved, and the factors that have helped or hindered the achievement of the results.
