Universalia is conducting a literature review of findings and lessons learned from evaluation of development assistance programs in Mali

To support the planning for upcoming evaluations of the Mali Program, Global Affairs Canada (GAC) has commissioned a literature review of findings and lessons learned based from donor evaluations of official development assistance (ODA) programs and projects in Mali as well as academic sources.

Universalia was awarded this mandate to review donor evaluation reports and performance audits published since January 2014 and to identify findings, conclusions, and lessons learned that would be relevant for GAC’s programming in Mali.

This mandate is being conducted by Mrs. Rima Slaibi and Mrs. Sophie Pénicaud.
