Universalia is currently conducting the evaluation of the Mision de Apoyo al Proceso de Paz (MAPP/OEA) of the Organization of American States.
This evaluation is the third of its kind in recent years in Colombia. Universalia went to Colombia in 2012 to evaluate the Civil-Military Coordination (CMCoord) as well as the Emergency Response Fund (ERF) of the Office of Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
