Universalia is happy to announce the nomination of one of its evaluators to the Board of the Quebec Evaluation Society (SQÉP). Juan David Gonzales, an analyst at Universalia, has been elected as an administrator at the SQÉP Annual General meeting, held in Quebec City last September.

SQÉP's main purpose is to contribute to the development of evaluation and to promote its use in public and private sector organizations, notably by encouraging related research and development. SPÉQ is affiliated with the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES).

In the past few years, Juan-David has worked on several program evaluations and organizational diagnosis for a range of organizations, including the United Nations Population Fund, UN-Women, the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), the Caribbean Development Bank and the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Response Agency (CDEMA).
