Universalia has been awarded the contract to conduct the external evaluation of the Disability Rights Fund (DRF).
The DRF is a U.S. Based Charitable organization receiving funding from AusAID, Australian government's Aid Agency, DFID, U.K. Government's Department for International Development, Leir Charitable Foundation, Open Society Foundations, and The Sigrid Rausing Trust. Its mission is to advance the new UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). This is a new client for Universalia. Ms Halcyon Louis, who will co-lead the project with Ms. Mariane Arsenault, wrote the proposal.
