On February 8, in Istanbul, Turkey, Emmanuel Trépanier had the opportunity to lead a training workshop on gender mainstreaming for 30 young social entrepreneurs, recipients of the United Nations of Civilizations (UNAOC) Youth South Solidarity Fund (YSF).
The workshop used Universalia’s organizational and institutional evaluation framework to explain aspects related to gender equity in an organization. Participants were also introduced to gender-based analysis through case studies based on real development projects.
