Universalia has been selected by UNICEF to undertake its Global Evaluation Quality Oversight System (GEROS) for 2012-2015. The system consists of rating evaluation reports commissioned by the UNICEF Country Offices, Regional Offices, and Headquarters divisions against the UNEG/UNICEF Evaluation Report Standards. Its main purpose is to monitor the impact of efforts to strengthen the UNICEF evaluation function globally. For this assignment, Universalia will review and rate the quality of evaluation reports supported by UNICEF country and regional offices all over the world, as well as HQ divisions, and provide help desk support to regional offices in the preparation of evaluation terms of reference and review of draft evaluation reports.
