Universalia will work with the Cities Alliance program for a second time, this time to develop their results based management framework focused on results. Universalia conducted the evaluation of the Cities Alliance in 2005 and once again, Richard Stren (external consultant) and Marie-Hélène (Team Leader) will form a team, accompanied by George Montalvan.
