In April 2016, Juan-David Gonzales and Marie-Hélène Adrien facilitated a workshop at the Regional Bureau of the World Food Program (WFP) in Panama.
The workshop focused on opportunities and constraints of implementing Capacity Development Initiatives in the Latin America and Caribbean region and was part of the Evaluation of the Evaluation of WFP Policy on Capacity Development.
