Lovecarestation.com is an innovative, internet-based health-promotion and counselling platform run by Path2Health Foundation (P2H), a Thai non-governmental organisation located in Bangkok. Since 2015, P2H has been working in collaboration with UNICEF Thailand who is supporting the platform and broadening the focus from HIV to a wider focus on sexual reproductive health, male-male sex and mental health. With this in mind, the formative evaluation analyzed the functioning of the Lovecarestation.com platform and offered suggestions for improvement. It also assessed the results achieved over the past 4 years to determine whether UNICEF should continue to support the platform and develop it or simply withdraw from the project.
