Universalia designed and delivered a five-day workshop on managing by results throughout the project cycle for 100 agency staff members (including senior and mid-management and operational staff). The assignment included: 1) a review of participant training needs; 2) extensive consultation with the client regarding the development of the learning objectives, scope of work and deliverables for the workshops; and 3) the design of all training materials, exercises, cases, and learning methods to be used throughout the training program. Training content included modules on RBM, the project cycle, the logframe, development of indicators for soft sectors (human rights, culture, education and training). In addition, Universalia developed an RBM procedures manual for projects and the blue-print of an information management system to support data collection, analysis, and reporting in a results-based approach.
