Universalia has been awarded a contract to conduct the Evaluation of the Cooperation Plan between The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) Canada for the 2012-2015 period.
The evaluation will be led by Marie-Hélène Adrien, Senior Consultant, assisted by Mariane Arsenault, Esther Rouleau and George Montalvan.
