Universalia Think Piece published by the International Labour Organization (ILO)

Our colleagues Luc Franche, Juan-David Gonzales and Sophie Pénicaud recently produced a Think Piece for the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Evaluation Office (EVAL). Entitled"Quality assessments of ILO decentralized evaluations: Key results of the quality appraisal 2019 and way forward for the integration of gender equality and empowerment of women considerations into evaluation.", the document is now available online.

As noted on the ILO's website, "This Think Piece presents the results of the ILO’s ex-post quality appraisal of independent project evaluations (2019-20) undertaken by an external firm [Universalia]. In addition to summarizing the results, the study takes a closer look at the quality appraisal's findings related to gender by assessing them against the UN System-wide Action Plan."
